Whipped Cream filling with Pineapple and Nuts

• 1 egg yolk, beaten
• 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup chopped pineapple

Fold yolk and sugar into cream, add nuts and pineapple.
