 &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Melt chocolate in top of double boiler, add boiling water and stir until smooth; add vanilla and the sugar; stir until mixture is smooth. Or dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa in boiling water.
